Mature, quiet woman looking for a flatmate

I am looking for a nice, like-minded female flatmate to make this lovely, clean, modern flat a place we can call home.

The flat is located on the 3rd floor ( with lift) of a secure, newly built residential building.
It includes a spacious living room ( with space to put your own bookshelves if you wish), a very comfortable sofa bed ( for hosting guests) , a balcony and an open plan kitchen with plenty of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a washing machine.
There are two double bedrooms in the flat. I am living in one and the other one is waiting for someone caring.
The available room has a large wardrobe with mirror and fairly new double bed.
The flat is situated in Bow, a few minutes walk from Bow Church DLR and the same distance to Bow Road Underground and around 10mins walk to Mile End Station.
Westfield Stratford is just one stop by tube or 6min away by DLR or if you want to have a walk it’s only takes 30min through lovely Olympic Park.
Our local Victoria Park is one of the oldest parks in London, with a Sunday farmers market and a wonderful cafe (selling the most delicious bread and pastries).
If you are a person who loves to stroll or cycle (like myself) there are lots of places to go (River Lee Valley, Regent’s Canal, Canary Wharf etc).
I am an early sleeper and early riser person with a lively and warm personality. I like cinema ad theatre, I love cycling, nature and animals and would be open to living with dogs. Unfortunately I have cat’s fur allergy.
