Hope you are well.

My flatmate is moving out and her spacious double bedroom with en-suite will be available from the 13th September (this is the earliest move in date).

The room has plenty of space for a desk and a chair if working from home. Furniture includes double bed, large chest of drawers and inbuilt double mirrored wardrobe with shelving.

Rent: £975 pcm. Bills are typically around £180 monthly per person for council tax, utilities, internet and cleaner. Deposit: £950

The state agency will need to run the usual background checks.

This is a well-kept two bedroom, two bathroom flat with good storage space, an abundance of natural light with great views and a balcony overlooking Canary Wharf and swathes of East London.

The location is fantastic! 5 min from the beautiful Victoria Park which is great for running, cycling and there is also a food market on Saturdays and Sundays. It is also close to Roman Road, known for its market, with all the shops and amenities you might need. A Tesco is conveniently located in the building’s ground floor.

The flat is right next to a bus stop where you can get the No. 8 bus to Bethnal Green, Liverpool St etc. and a 15 min walk to Mile End, Bow Church and Bow Road stations. It is also a quick walk through the park or along the canal to Hackney Wick.

All amenities included: dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer. There is also a bike storage in the building.

There is a 24-hour Anytime Fitness gym located in the building on the ground floor, with cheaper member rates for residents.

A bit about me… I have a friendly and easy-going personality. Enjoy going out on walks and keeping active, seeing friends, music and generally trying new things. Newfound love for roller skating!
