1-3 month let - double room w private bathroom

Hey! I have a room available in a new build flat, available from mid-March for up to a 3 month let (can be flexible here). Hopefully this suits people who want a relaxed space while looking for a longer term place. The room comes furnished with a double bed, small chest of drawers, a clothing rail, a desk and chair, and privacy roller blinds.

You’ll have your own spacious bathroom with a shared kitchen and living area, and plenty of storage space to stash things away. Kitchen comes with a dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee machine, plenty of tableware and other appliances/utensils. Washing machine/dryer is also available. Underfloor heating runs throughout the place, and there’s a bike shed and a free gym in the basement.

The location is in Hackney wick in front of the canal, 8 mins walk from Hackney Wick station (overground line), 5 mins walk from Victoria Park and Olympic Park, and 20 mins walk from Stratford.

It’s a great spot with a caring community - the other residents in the building are all young, friendly and helpful if you need anything. Less than 10 mins away you’ll find a Sainsbury’s local, coffee and bakery shops run by the loveliest people, and several breweries, bars and food joints along the canal.

Rent is £1000 with bills included. £250 deposit. Move in date is flexible around 15th March. I am flexible with the move out date as well while you’re looking for longer-term options.

A bit about me - I’m 34 originally from London and currently work in fintech as a product manager. I'm in the office once a week but try to go to co-working spaces as well. I’m super chilled and looking for an equally chilled, and very clean/tidy person that is down to hang out when they can. I spend my time in the parks with pals when sunny, finding new restaurants/bars, exercising, reading books or magazines, and cooking with wine and music. TV wise, I like anything with a bit of grit to it.
