Cosy room in friendly house by Victoria park

Hello!

I am sadly leaving my room in this house after 2 and a half amazing years. This room is in a house with a beautiful group of people who are super friendly and incredibly fun to be with.

The room
-Not huge but very cosy
-On the first floor
-Lovely view to the garden
-Double bed
-Good amount of storage
-Space for a desk

The house
-5 person Victorian house, 3 floors with 3 bathrooms
-Lovely garden
-Great kitchen with open plan and living room
-Sociable house with people who like to spend time together and love to have a great time
-Occasional gatherings happen but we very much respect each other's needs and there is a strong sense of responsibility to keep the house clean and tidy

The flatmates:
Jamie: the social butterfly of the house, always cracking a good joke and brining great vibes
-Vic: the one who keeps the house running, coolest kid in school, she will surprise you with some great occasional dance bursts
-Imo: the one who will always welcome you with some delightful homemade meals or homemade perfumes
-Jay: our newest addition to the house who fits right in with super chilled vibes and great repertoire of dating tips

You:
YOU MUST BE FULL TIME EMPLOYED AND EARNING A MINIMUM OF 20K ANNUALLY (for the agency's referencing) and ideally between 24 and 32 years old to match the housemates’ age:)

Move in date: 1-3rd October ?
