**Duplex Apartment - Unwind and relax in this serene, stylish retreat.**

Move-in would be from the 1st of January. Our current housemate is honestly a gem. We’re just doing a bit of reshuffling in the flat at the moment as we swap rooms around based on everyone’s needs.

We also have a mezzanine that’s been converted into a bedroom for Erfan, so being mindful of noise levels—especially during sleeping hours—is really important.

Just a quick heads up as well: we have a cleaner who comes weekly.

The apartment is shared with myself and Erfan. We're both professionals; Erfan works in HR, while I, Nicholas, am a creative and business owner.

Cleo, our border collie/whippet also lives here and is always up to something.
