Double en-suite in Hackney Wick (Short term)

Hi,

My name is Dara. I am looking for a flatmate for my double en-suite for some short term period. (weeks/months - no deposit for very short term) I’m 38 and work in a start up. I’m into music, heading for coffee/drinks, gigs, dining out, cooking, watching films/tv (including the odd bit of trash), exploring London, laps of Victoria park, keeping fit… amongst other things.

The flat is quiet, calm and comfortable. I work pretty hard, so from Mon-Thurs it’s a bit of a sanctuary- not much goes down other than work, cooking, gym, tv, occasional quiet drink etc. I’m in the office 2-3 times per week. On the weekend, I like to experience the wider world, so I’m usually out. I go to gigs frequently and generally am out supporting the arts and the local nighttime economy :)

The place is relatively new with all mod cons and underfloor heating throughout (It’s cozy during winter) There’s fast internet and some tv streaming services. I enjoy cooking so kitchen is well kitted out and you're welcome to use whatever... I would like the space to be shared equally. The room is semi-furnished- there’s an ottoman bed with lots of storage underneath it and a desk.

I would prefer someone in their 30 or 40s. It would be good to have someone that doesn’t WFH every single day and I think it’s always good to have at least some mutual interests. I'm looking for someone respectful, clean and tidy. This wouldn’t be a spareroom advert if I didn’t mention that I am someone who likes my own space and I do my own thing, but am equally happy hanging out with flatmates. Also I am very respectful of others' space and privacy.
