A beautiful apartment in Grade II listed gated building, with a large courtyard/garden. Part of Tredegar Square Conservation area, it’s very quiet and comfortable.

The flat is 2 minutes from Mile End Station (Central line, Hammersmith & City, District, Circle line) - 2 stops from the Liverpool Street Station, or 15 minutes to Oxford Street and Central London

It’s 5 minutes to the canal and 10 minutes on foot to Victoria park. Also two beautiful pubs around the corner.

Open plan living and kitchen with plenty of room, high ceilings and windows with a central view over the courtyard. Great neighbours too.

The room is nice and bright and has a separate own large bathroom. Also there is a large storage room. Comfy bed and mattress.

MYSELF

I run a FinTech startup in the City. Most days I’m at the office, some days I’ll work from home. Also, travel quite frequently.

I’m a Croatian living in London for 8 years now. I’ll spend most of my free time around parks, markets, galleries, and dabbling with photography. Evenings I might be at the gym or meeting friends. I’ll cook here and there, have a drink, and am pretty easygoing overall.

I'm looking for a single individual. Sadly no couples (lease rules).
