I am B and I have a big modern double bedroom to rent in a secure, modern development situated in the ever-popular Omega Works development in Hackney Wick/Bow for £1050 + bills (150 or less pounds per month each person pays) per calendar month! It is available now asap and if we get along, its yours! (No students and no couples please)
You will fall in love with this place!
your room: This is a two-bedroom flat, and you will be sharing it with me:) I have been living in this flat for 5 years now and it is a cosy, quiet place. I don’t party in the house (cleaning after a party is not fun!) and respect my and my flatmate's space. All my housemates became my excellent friends. I am a non-binary queer person working in finance. I am very very clean and want my flatmate be the same.
I like to keep it quiet and peaceful here.
Apartment: The apartment has been nicely decorated by myself (minimal) with a huge living space, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, office space and lounge. The property is approximately 1000sqft in size, which is great for the price and essentially means we have enough space not to step on each other’s toes! I have the best landlady who’s very helpful and responsive to everything you need. Since I have lived here for years, she trusts that I keep the place looked after. The apartment has WI-FI throughout with Smart Television (with movies and sports!), so you are welcome to record/watch whatever TV you like. I have a nice big balcony overlooking the canal which has views too and is also great for the evening sun (especially when the concerts are on in the park).
Got washing machine, dishwasher and all that..
Room: en-suite room (you got your own bathroom) is the equivalent size to the master bedroom and has a huge floor-to-ceiling window that lets in loads of light. It is fully furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables (with drawers), a mirror, two double wardrobes and still plenty more room for additions. You will have pretty much exclusive access to the main bathroom as I tend to use the en-suite in the other room. Although I do have friends around every now and again, we don’t take it too far. I would appreciate it being kept clean and tidy and NO PARTIES!
