Description
There is a lovely en-suite double room available in a two bedroom, two bathroom flat in Bow. The room is fully furnished with a king-size bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe, and has an en-suite with a toilet, sink and shower.
The rest of the flat consists of a large open-plan living/kitchen area, a balcony, a second bathroom and second bedroom.
You’ll be sharing with myself and my partner Mo: We’re 28 and 29 and both work in pharma. As we work from home four days a week and the room comes fully furnished and doesn’t have space for a desk, our ideal flatmate would work mainly out of home. Aside from that, looking for someone who is respectful of the space and ideally up for the odd evening out at a local pub quiz or restaurant :)
The flat is very conveniently located right beside Roman Road, so lots of shops and cafes are within a few minutes’ walk. Bow Road (District and H&C) and Bow Church (DLR) stations, both Zone 2, are a 10 min walk, and Stratford Westfield is a 25 min walk. There is also lots of green space nearby as Victoria Park and the canal are both a 5 min walk away!
Rent includes all bills. We’re happy to consider short-term agreements (2 months minimum) and Mon-Fri agreements if those are of interest. Short lets (2-3 months) will be considered at £1250 all bills included.
