Hello All,
We have a room available at our warehouse and are looking for a long-term renter to fill it with their beautiful soul.

This warehouse is in Fish Island, Hackney Wick, and we are a household of 13 lovely creative individuals.

We’re currently renting one of the smaller rooms, the room has a mezzanine that fits a double bed and a skylight that lets in great natural light, perfect for an artist. Unfortunately, the skylight doesn't open, but we live directly on the canal, giving you lots of opportunities to get fresh air.

We share:
1 shower, 1 bathtub, and three toilets
1 large kitchen
3 comunal lounge spaces

DISCLAIMER:
no couples
no additional pets as we already have a lovely cat
The room will likely be unfurnished but will have a matress
We are unsure if our leaseholder will accept benefits
We also smoke inside
the room is NOT wheelchair accessible
