I am looking for a new tenant for the master bedroom of my brand new flat in Fish Island - Hackney Wick.
The flat has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and yours is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
The building is from 2023, and it has all the modern facilities you would expect in a new building (dishwasher, washing machine etc.). It is well furnished, and it has a large balcony.
The location is right on the Lea River, in Lock19 estate, with Hackney Wick, Stratford and Pudding Mill Lane stations at 10/15 min walking distance.
The area is very quiet but it is only a 10 min walk from buzzy Hackney Wick. As the building is right on the canal, you can just walk downstairs and go for a stroll or a run by the canal. The area is very green and it is surrounded by parks (Victoria park and the Olympic park are both 10/15 min walk).
You will share only with Ka Mun (the other tenant), a friendly and easy-going 32 years old girl who likes to travel, the outdoors, and is into sports.
She likes to keep the flat tidy, peaceful and clean. She enjoys being friends with her flatmate but at the same time respect each other's space.
