Room available in shared warehouse

A room is available in our 3 bedroom warehouse . It’s located in Hakcney wick , just 4 mn walk from the overground and 15 mn from Stratford. Lots of bar and restaurants but also Westfield within mns away too.

The warehouse has on the ground floor a massive large open kitchen , living room with a private garden and a very calming view on the canal with lots of tree, also guest toilet .
Upstairs , we have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . You will be sharing the bathroom with one person .
The room is fairly small and will suit someone with not too much . The room is furnish but you can add or remove what ever your taste .

Sharing with 1girl working in media and 1 guy ( English teacher ) in their late 30’s , having a very hectic and busy schedule . So we like to keep quiet , relax and peaceful . This is not a party flat !
We will have a chat and occasionally drinks when our path crossed . We are looking for someone with similar vibe .
We are looking for someone who doesn’t work from home except occasionally.
Also I have a small dog , so hopefully someone who likes animal :)

It will be one month deposit and the room is available now . Looking forward to hearing from you .
