Hello!
My flatmate is making the big move into a new place with her partner - hence, a double room coming free in Bow.
It's a clean, relaxed and inviting space and it would be great to continue that with a new flatmate.
About the flat
It's first floor, spacious, with a decent sized kitchen and good sized living room with a balcony. One bathroom with bath and shower. It's energy efficient and stays warm.
There's also bike storage in the securing parking area if you're a cyclist.
About me
Professional, work in the city. Enjoy cycling, gym, techno, going to gigs, politics, history and reading to name a few bits. Also play in a mixed sports league in summer/ turning to pub quizzes in winter. I like a clean space to come home to after a day of work but I'm not OTT. Typically WFH one or two days a week, I don't mind if you WFH more.
I've lived in Bow several years now and love the area - perfect balance of everything in close proximity. Have a good group of friends in the area too.

10 min walk to hackney wick overground.
15/20 min walk to bow road tube and bow church DLR.
Good bus connection (number 8, 276 and 488).
8 min walk to Roman Road
10 seconds to Victoria Park
20 min cycle into central
