The building is fob locked and has bike storage. It also has a huge communal roof terrace which is great in the summer and has panoramic views of the London skyline.
A bit about me...I'm work for a property investment company but have been training to become an upholsterer for the past 2 years. I love trying new restaurants (same as everyone else!) and am currently teaching myself calligraphy. I live at the flat with my dog, Otto, who is 4. He's completely housetrained and all he wants to do is have cuddles.
The flat is situated on fish island in Hackney Wick and is on the 4th floor and one level. There's a co-op at the bottom of the building and it's within a 5 minute walk to crate brewery, barge east etc. Victoria park is literally round the corner. It takes me about 8 minutes to walk to Hackney Wick and 20 minutes to get to Stratford. The 339 bus which stops at the bottom of the building goes straight to Stratford too.
The rent is £1,100 a month and a deposit of £1,100. There aren't any agent fees. The flat is available from the 25th November but there's a possibility to move in later if needed. As this is technically a sublet the flat will need to be vacated by the end of February. Dogs are more than welcome if you have one but I'm allergic to cats so afraid I can't accommodate that.
