Double balcony, floor to ceiling windows/doors with lots of sunlight coming in. Incredibly spacious open plan kitchen and lounge: great for entertaining but not getting in anyone’s way, and for everyone to have their own nook as well as shared space. Terrace also great in the summer, esp. Concierge available. Neighbours are chill.

We’re looking for someone to slot right in, helps keep shared space tidy, a natural understanding grows, and can have a few bevs/good chat, as well as do our own thing. Not a constant party house (but have the odd one now and then), do have friends round often - always respectful of each others’ space and time.

Ish and I get along very well (he’s lived here four years, I’ve lived here two - Mancunian), tend do our own things socially. Weekdays usually wholesome, weekends out or watching sports. Ish likes to rave, mix and create music, and gym when not working (Events/Crew). I do Reformer Pilates, sew, crochet, and watch F1/football/snooker when not working (Payroll).
