3-week sublet in Hackney Wick

I'm subletting my double room in Hackney Wick from 3-22 October. £250 per week, or £700 for the full period, all bills included.

It's a very spacious and bright room, with two big south-east facing windows and direct access to the outdoor deck/balcony. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, a desk, clothes rack and drawers. The room is not en-suite, but the bathroom is literally across the hallway from the bedroom door and you'll have exclusive use of it.

The room is part of a bright top-floor flat of a newbuilt. It has two bedrooms in total, and a spacious living room/kitchen with a large balcony. There is space to lock a bicycle on the access deck just outside the flat.

It's about a 10-min walk to Hackney Wick station, and a 20min walk (or 10min cycle) to Stratford with all the shops, and train, tube and DLR connections imaginable. Victoria Park and the Hackney Marshes are also a short walk away.

The flat comes with my lovely flatmate, Rohit (he/him) who loves reading, cinema and cycling, and who is an amazing chef. Queens Yard and the rest of Hackney Wick where all the action is are within walking distance, but the flat is not a party house. We're an LGBTQ+ household.

The rent is £250 per week, or £700 for the full period, all bills included.
