Space Available in Fish Island Warehouse

We are looking for someone to move into our lovely space in Fish Island, next to Hackney Wick for 625pcm bills inc.
There are 4 rooms and 1 bathroom & kitchen
I would prefer to have a she / they / gay as the room is right next to mine and I feel more comfortable that way. All ages are welcome though!
Move in is preferably asap
The room doesn't have a window unfortunately which is the reason why it is cheaper than most East London rents these days, but the large communal space balances it out. It hasn't been used as a bedroom for a while, just a storage space/music room but we will be providing a bed for the room and the desk and wardrobe will stay in there too.
There were 5 people living in our house but 3 are moving out so only 2 of us are staying! We're pretty chilled out, down for a drink and occasional party but we are not a party house and like to keep the space quiet most of the time. Also would prefer someone who is not a clean freak or is not super messy, as its a warehouse and is nearly impossible to keep spotless but also gets messy easily if not tidied.
Pet owners also welcome, we had a dog and 2 cats in the space but they are all moving out now.
