The room available is a generous double, with an ensuite and private balcony!!! The flat is a very modern and well maintained build and is located in Bow on the canal and with Barrlett Park on the doorstep. Shared spaces include a large kitchen/living room area, a bathroom, and a second balcony. There is also access to the rooftop with incredible views of the canary wharf and london city skylines. The area and flat itself are very safe and secure - the block is gated and there is a concierge, as well as a 24/7 fire marshal on site. The landlord is great, really responsive and keen to fix any issues immediately and the upkeep of the flat is very important to them. Overall just a really great place to live and we are keen to find a replacement roommate so we can continue living here!!

Flat is located on the 2nd floor. There is both lift and stair access to the floor, with no steps inside or outside the flat. The flat is in a gated area, so you need a fob to unlock the gate and the front door, which are both quite heavy duty. The door to our apartment is locked with a regular key
