Hey, I’ll be moving out of our beautiful flat and looking for a tenancy takeover from July!
The room is en suite, with its own TV (currently dismounted and stored), large inbuilt wardrobe and windowblinds. There is floor heating throughout the flat. The building also has an on-site gym and concierge.
We’re looking for someone respectful, who enjoys the occasional dinner party, and having film nights in. Someone more like a friend. You can expect to meet Dani/ existing flatmate during the viewing or separately to see if you both will enjoy sharing a home together.
Rent is 1300£ for the room (2600£ for the whole flat). Bills are approx 150£ each month including broadband, electric, council tax and water. Heating is topped up each month and we take turns!
If you’re interested I would love to speak and get a viewing booked in to see the flat and meet Dani.
The flat is part furnished, the room will come with a double bed. The living room sofa will be going with me so if you have living room furniture even better! If not, don’t worry I’m sure you/Dani can work out an arrangement.
