Double in Bright Friendly Victorian Terrace Home

Hello!

We are looking for a lovely new female from the age of 28 upwards as our flatmate is sadly moving back home to Ireland.

We are Kaylee, Sophie and Amelia, 30-32 year olds living in a Victorian terraced house with small courtyard garden, fireplaces and wooden floors. We have all lived here between 2-4 years and have made it a nice home, and are looking for someone to move in on a long term basis who will feel at home here. We tend to have our own things going on but would like to find someone who would enjoy a catch up / glass of wine / binge on some rubbish TV occasionally and generally bring good vibes to the house :) we aren't a party house but like to have friends around for a wine / meal etc but still enjoy a good night out with pals (partying at their houses instead hehe 😏)

We work across marketing and the NHS and are interested in festivals, going for walks around East London, having a drink with friends, gigs, sports etc (watching the euros 👀), so bonus points if you're into similar things and enjoy a wine and Londons many overpriced cafe and small plate restaurants ☺️

Mile End is a great area, we have friends in Hackney and it's a great walk up the canal and super well connected, right by Viccy park too! We also have a Lidl in walking distance which is super handy and hard to get in London!

The room available is a good sized double on the 1st floor with fireplace and wooden floors looking onto the courtyard garden. The house has a bathroom upstairs and an additional toilet / utility downstairs. We also have a big basement for extra storage where needed. All in all it's a great house still with some character and all the essentials including a small courtyard style garden 😊

The room is £862.50 per month and bills are around £100ishhhh, we also have a lovely cleaner who comes fortnightly. Deposit is usually a months rent (we will need to confirm the exact amount) and you need to be in employment earning at least £26k to pass agency checks.
