Gorgeous, quiet, peaceful, bright flat in Fish Island, 5 mins walk from Hackney Wick overground. The wrap-around glass bay windows of the open plan living room, kitchen and dining area overlook the river Lea, with a wide balcony also. You eat your breakfast and watch riverboats, rowers and ducks cruise by.

I'm subletting this flat completely furnished. It's very nicely decorated, and I'm open to leaving some of the decorative items (plants, artworks) in place, for the tenant to enjoy. There will be plenty of (fully vacated) storage space for you.

The first bedroom is an en-suite with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and view of the garden and Lea river.

The second bedroom currently holds a children's bunk bed (for families looking to rent) but alternatively I'd be happy to arrange for a that room to be converted into another regular adult double. Includes also wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. That second room also has its own second bathroom, with bathtub. This bathroom also includes a cupboard with the clothes washer.

Beautiful shared garden just downstairs along the banks of the river Lea.

Omega Works is a very friendly, quiet gated community. Feels a bit like being in the quiet countryside although you're in the heart of the vibrant Hackney Wick area.

Looking for tenants who'd like to stay 3 months +, with a deposit and a clear written agreement / contract of terms including both parties having to give the same amount of notice to terminate, which is fair I think.
