Stunning views of London

Hi there,

Available immediately, is my room within a premium 5th floor 2 bedroom flat on Copperfield road. Due to a change in circumstance, I find myself in position of needing to move home.

The room offers a large double bed, significant wardrobe space, and stunning views of the city.

The bathroom, kitchen, lounge and balcony is shared with one male, of whom is often in Italy, due to being an international masters student.

It’s a simple 5 minute walk across the park to the train station, with shops located nearby.

The lease on the flat ends on the 26th of September, meaning peak summer months can be enjoyed at an affordable cost. This can however be extended, though I must note my housemate is expected to leave on this date.

Parking is available at an additional cost, however is locked in an underground car park.

I’ve priced it at £900 p/m, however I pay 1150+ bills per/m so shall subsidise it slightly due to urgent need to move back home (family matter).
