I'm looking for someone to join me at my beautiful Hackney Wick flat for the remaining 7 months of my contract with the option to renew. You will be moving into a lovely double bedroom with en-suite .

The flat is located in Fish Island just a 10 minute walk to Hackney Wick Station and is in a cute secure gated development with concierge so perfect for all your packages.

The flat has a large open plan living area, is fully furnished. The kitchen is nice and open, fully equipped with a dishwasher, pots, pans and extras. The room for rent is a great double size and comes furnished with Double bed, mattress . chest of drawers & rail. Also open to you bringing your own furniture

A bit about me: I work in advertising & film. I'm social, love plants, vinyl and tend to work form home a couple of days a week but also travel for work a fair bit so you would have a nice amount of solo time in the flat too.

I'm looking for someone friendly, chilled, social and who will treat the place like a home. Someone that appreciates a clean home and preferably not wfh throughout the entire week.

Ideally you would move in by the 25th/ end of July but I'm flexible for the right person. The monthly cost covers all bills and council tax . Short lets considered too .
