Requires ladder use to access room, so not particularly accessible.

🛏️Room:
Beautiful, spacious room with original factory windows and a skylight. The room is split across two levels. You are welcome to use my linens and towels if needed. This room is right next to the front door, so if you are sensitive to noise, particularly doors opening and closing, and a washing machine running through the day, this may not be the place for you.

🏡House:
The warehouse has a beautiful shared common space with three story high ceilings and lots of natural light, an open plan kitchen and comfy couches. Nine housemates (including you), two bathrooms and plants galore.
House has all the mod cons: good central heating, gas hobs, washing machine and dryer as well as a bathtub with candles for maximum vibes.

🌻Housemates:
Ours is not a party house, but the parties in the neighbourhood are not hard to find, and we often join in. At home we like to keep things a little more calm and collected. We cook and eat together, watch films, have a drink and a chat, go to the saunas. If you want community vibes but calm and clean, this is your go-to!

🌞You:
Looking for a friendly, good communicator who will enjoy the social aspects of the house, but also respect others’ space. Some experience of sharing house with many roommates preferred.
We have a system of shared housework and so looking for someone accountable who will clean up after themselves and pull their weight with communal tasks (taking out bins etc).
