Beautiful room in stunning 2 bed pent house

Hi!! I’m looking to find someone to take this gorgeous modern double room.
I’m in the process of buying the flat so don’t have an exact move in date yet but expecting it to be 6-8 weeks (around the beginning of October).
You can see from the pictures it’s absolutely stunning, open planned kitchen diner lounge with windows on both sides giving sooo much light every day.
The room will come with the bed and wardrobe and also has a door to the outside.
You have the main bathroom - as the 2nd bedroom has an en-suite, you will basically have that main bathroom to yourself.
All basic utilities including dishwasher and washing machine dryer included. There’s also a wine fridge.

I’m wanting to do this place up super nice and cosy so I’m looking for someone that is going to respect the place, keep it clean and tidy and also want to make it a beautiful home to live in and enjoy.

I have a small sausage dog so you will also need to like dogs. He loves attention and is the best snuggler if you need a cuddle.

NOTE: I might be renting out the 2nd bedroom for a short while before I move in - this is TBC so will keep you updated as this develops.

Anyway some of my interests:
I’ve been getting into home grown veggies and food recently so am hoping to fill the balcony with fresh home grown produce.
I love going on long walks and generally being in nature.
I love to paint (currently using acrylic) and I’m also hoping to get a piano as I explore my musical side.☺️
If you are creative this is the flat for you as I’d love to have it filled with different creative outlets where we can all share our gifts together ☺️.

I’m open to considering couples at higher rent.

Rent includes water and there’s a concierge reception!

Open to discussing length of tenancy or if you’d prefer month to month.
