Description

I'm seeking a replacement tenant for my double room, as I’m in the final stages of purchasing my own property. It’s bittersweet to leave this place, as it’s truly been a wonderful home.

About the Flatmates:
The other two tenants are professionals working as data analysts. We all work remotely and respect each other's need for a quiet environment during the day. Fortunately, the walls are thick, so noise has never been an issue. Both tenants are smokers.

While we value privacy, we also enjoy occasional communal activities like sharing meals, BBQs, and drinks in our lovely patio garden. Both flatmates regularly go out for socials—one of whom enjoys cycling to local breweries in their free time.

The Flat:

Kitchen: Decent size with a gas stove.
Living Room: Spacious, furnished with sofas and a dining table.
Garden: Patio with table, chairs, and a standing BBQ—perfect for summer gatherings.
If you're a football fan, you’ll particularly get in with one of the current tenants!

Location:
The flat is within walking distance of Mile End Station, offering quick and easy access to the city via the Central, Hammersmith & City, and District lines.

The flat is also a walk away from a large Lidl, and a Tesco's Express so you have a choice of economical shopping but also to buy particular branded stuff you like.

Additionally, you will find yourself just a 3 minute walk away from the leisure centre, which has sports hall for various sports, classes, a fully equipped gym and swimming pool. This is a luxury in time saving if you work remotely and are a regular gym goer.

There is a skatepark about 10 mins walk away, which has a lot of options. Very good for a local park, but my critique would be that all of the things are too close together to get good lines/flow. It's good to keep up practice, however.

If you're into climbing you're also in luck, as with a 5min cycle or 20min walk you'll find yourself at Mile End Climbing centre, which caters for bouldering and rope/lead climbing. They have a really good shop, incredibly cheap cafe/bar and newly introduced sauna. Their gym facility is pretty decent for a climbing centre as well.

Lastly, the flat is a few mins walk away from an outdoor electric go karting track. I've never been but it does look fun and fairly large.

Contract Details:
6 months remaining on the current lease, with renewal in March.
Current bills per person: £43 for energy (gas + electric), £14 for water, and £10 for internet. Deposit £961.

We’re looking for someone who will not only fit in but also contribute to the friendly, relaxed atmosphere we’ve cultivated here. If you think you'd be a good match, I’d love to hear from you!
