I am a 39 y/o professional female, working from home three days per week in the afternoon only. I leave the flat early most days for yoga class and I visit my partner who lives abroad every couple of months, so you will often have the place to yourself. I’m looking for a friendly, independent lodger who needs a convenient and quiet flat share.

The apartment is particularly well located for the following commutes:
- Canary Wharf via the DLR
- central London via the Jubilee line or Central line (Stratford is the start of the line so you always get a seat)
- Highbury & Islington, 30mins via overground from Hackney Wick

High speed trains run from Stratford International station to the Kentish coast, so day trips to seaside locations like Margate, Broadstairs or Folkestone are also very convenient from here.
