Looking for a long term tenant for a double room in our lovely warehouse in Hackney Wick (E3)

Rent: £700 pcm, all bills included (+£10 a month for the kitty which goes towards communal cleaning supplies, toilet paper etc).
Contract type: rolling
The room available is super spacious although doesn't have a skylight.
The current household are a group of 13 people, ages between 22-30 and covering the LGBTQ+ spectrum with backgrounds and interests in fashion, DJs, SWers, scientists, stylists, prosthetics make up, planning, artists, pole dancing & aerial, fire performers, skaters to name a few. A lot of housemates work from home which we are all mindful of, however we do enjoying getting together on the weekend for movie nights and drinks. This is NOT a party house but we like to party at other nearby warehouses and the area has a great queer and artistic community.
The warehouse has been recently renovated and hosts a purpose built kitchen and three bathrooms (which in total include 1 bath, 2 showers, 3 toilets). Downstairs we have a living room, studio space, dining area and small gym.

ACCESSIBILITY
This is a ground floor room and there are no stairs upon entering via the front door.
