Large double room with balcony

We’re three friendly girls in our 30s looking for a new female housemate to join our lovely home in Limehouse. We all get along really well creating a warm, laid-back atmosphere and a nice place to come home to after a long day at work 🤗.

Our four storey semi-detached house, is located in a peaceful residential area with a comunal garden and private parking spaces. It's a 10-min walk to the DLR and 15 min to Mile End (Central, District & Hammersmith & City lines). Also not far from Elisabeth line which makes it really convenient– perfect for commuting or exploring the city! There is a Lidl and Tesco less than 10 min walk away and good links to Canary Wharf and Stratford shopping centres, which has everything you will ever need.

It’s a spacious and bright room on the top floor with a balcony looking over the canal, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset when the weather allows it 😂. It comes all furnished with lots storage and a generous size desk (the picture is from a previous flatmate and the current layout is slightly different). It’s right opposite the bathroom which you will be sharing with two other flatmates. Additionally, there is another smaller bathroom in the basement if needed.

The bills vary depending on the season but they are usually around £150-170 a month. This also includes a weekly cleaner.

A bit about ourselves, Fer is a dietitian who works in the NHS, Marisa is an architect and Elena is a pianist and opera singer ( don’t worry she is also very respectful of everyones need for peace and quiet). This is not a party house but we do enjoy catching up over a cup of coffee or the occasional girls night in with a nice film, pizza and maybe a glass of wine 😉.
