The room comes with a king size bed and all the furniture included in the photograph. The flat has one shared bathroom, living space, and a balcony overlooking the canal. The bills estimated £120 - £150 or lower depending on electricity usage.

Stratford Station: 10 min by Bus (339), 5 min by Bike, or 25 min Walk

Pudding Mill Lane DLR: 3 min Bike, 14 min Walk

Bow Road Underground: 20 min Walk, 5 min by Bike

Victoria Park: 9 min Walk, 3 min by bike

Central London: No. 8 Bus, a short 5 min Walk

I work for an architectural firm and tend to be in the office Mon-Fri.

Looking for someone clean and respectful of shared spaces and working full time. Not considering couples.
