Lovely double room to let in hackney wick / fish i

I’m sadly moving out of my cosey double room in a great warehouse on Fish Island.

You’ll be sharing with five incredibly lovely people, various careers, personalities and ages - a great mix.

Large communal space with open plan kitchen area, where we all chill out, have the odd shindig and is the main hub of the home. The bedrooms all surround this space and so if you need constant peace and quiet this wouldn’t be the room for you however it’s not a super loud party house we just live with a awesome DJ who needs the freedom to play music whenever in the communal area and everyone is on board with that – it’s usually kept to weekends for late nighters though but needs a mention.

The warehouse is on Fish Island, 2 minute walk from the canal which is glorious and also great if you cycle, a 5/10 min walk from hackney wick station, same distance to queens yard which has pubs and bars etc all in all a great spot.

Looking for an easy going and friendly person, who likes to be part of a home. We’ll be doing viewings soon and sometimes do two viewings for people if everyone can’t be home at once just so that everyone gets to meet.
