Single and Double Room in Mile End

Both of these rooms are available from 1st of January 2025.

We have 2 bedrooms available to rent in Mile End, just 8 minute walk from Mile End Station and 10 minutes away from Canary Wharf.

Both rooms come with a TV, small double bed, kettle and wardrobe. The double room will also come with a fridge/freezer (not included in the photos as we haven't bought it yet).

The property has one bathroom with a toilet upstairs, and one toilet downstairs. The newly renovated bathroom has a high preassure shower system.

There is no living room access, the kitchen and bathroom are shared.

The rooms have been on airbnb for 7+ years with excellent reviews and has been well maintained throughout.

Communal areas are cleaned daily, however tenants will be expected to contribute to the bi-weekly cleaning schedule.

House rules: No noise after 11pm (no TVs, no loud phone calls ect), No overnight guests, maximum one person per room. You must clean up after yourself in the bathroom and kitchen, no messy toilet seats or hair in the sink!

References will be required.

Single room: £750pcm
Double room: £850pcm
