Short let in beautiful loft -double with ensuite

I am going away for roughly 3 months and I am subletting my room .
The room is double with own private entrance and own bathroom and come furnished .
Living in a beautiful loft with large living room , massive window with lots of light and open plan kitchen living room , private garden with view on the canal .
The room is available from 20 of December until 1 of April , I am super flexible on dates but it will be 3 months at least .

The flat has 3 bedroom , so you will be sharing with 2 other people ( 1 W PhD student and 1 M teacher ) super lovely and friendly and who are in their mid 30’s and both work busy schedule .

The house is very chill and everyone is respectful of the space and time with the occasional movies and catch with drinks and diner . This is not a party flat !

I can do video viewing if you are unable to come for a viewing.
