Description
Hi all,
We’re a group of 3 friends who’ve managed to secure a lovely place right by the canal in Hackney Wick. We are looking for a final person to complete the house share for an early February move in date.
We are all queer (Ruby and Briony are a couple). The house is huge and has 3 lovely rooms with 2.5 bathrooms and a private terrace outside the back with canal views! The building complex has gated access, concierge, and parking capacity (although this is paid). We are looking for someone who will be easy living, social, and wanting to be friends rather than a housemate.
A bit about us:
Conor (26, he/him). Medical Researcher and private tutor. I come with a fair few plants, and also enjoy cooking for others and swimming in my spare time. I enjoy a festival or night out every now and then with little convincing.
Ruby (26, she/her). Social Worker. I play football and am always keen for a kickaround or going to a game. I’m ambitious but lazy about craft projects so am looking for someone to parallel craft with me.
Briony (27, she/they). Teaching Assistant. I love reading and am currently working my way through Jane Austen and Sally Rooney. In my spare time you can find me re-watching Fleabag, in the depths of TikTok, or looking for the best local coffee.
There’s also a potential for a different but higher priced room with views directly onto the canal (pic near end) if preferable.
Bills estimated to be around £125 each!
Feel free to message us if you’re interested :) x
