Creative sublet - Hackney Wick warehouse

Double mezzanine room in Hackney Wick in a creative live/work warehouse, shared with a mix of male/female of mostly musicians but we also have other creatives!
The room is the quietest in the whole space, it’s a big room. And the shared space is massive. We cook for each other, make meals together and clean and have an overall creative vibe so looking for someone likeminded preferably a creative/artist who’s in their mid or late 20s and upwards but not a must - if you fit in with all of us then it’s all good!

The room has massive windows with lots of sunlight. It’s a mezzanine so large desk/work space below and bed upstairs. It’s a big room I just have a lot of furniture in the photos. Can leave a desk and chair, bed - furniture or not depending on what is needed. It’s a really nice room with great workspace below to separate the two and have loved living there,
