Hello!

I’m exploring interest in a beautiful 3-bedroom flat in my current building that has just become available. I’ve made an offer as I love the area and want to upgrade my living space—and now I’m looking for two flatmates to join me.

Here’s a bit about the flat:

Spacious Layout: 100 square meters, including three bedrooms (one en suite).
Bright & Airy: Large dining and living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light.
Canal Views: A balcony overlooking the canal and the Olympic stadium.
Unfurnished Rooms: The flat is unfurnished, but I’ll furnish the shared spaces. Bedrooms are unfurnished but come with large built-in closets for plenty of storage.

I’m looking for two respectful, professional flatmates who share a similar mindset. I work full-time in Farringdon, so I’m out most days, but I value a peaceful, tidy home that feels like a sanctuary. A peaceful place to come back to! :)

I enjoy being social, and I do events for a living so have a very active and social lifestyle.

Located in Fish Island on the River Lee, you are walking distance to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Victoria Park. You are also located a short distance away from Hackney Wick, which has plenty of bars, restaurants and fun activities to do. The Famous Roman Road market is also only a short 15 minute walk, this operates every Tuesday's, Thursday's and Saturday. Transport links are situated all close by with Hackney Wick Station (0.7 mile) on the London Overground, Pudding Mill Lane on the DLR (0.7 Miles away) and Bow Road (0.9 Miles away) on the District line.
