Room comes furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and drawers with plenty of room left if you wanted to purchase your own desk/other furniture.

✨About the flat✨:
The flat is a ground floor 2 bed flat situated within a new build complex, with access to a large private balcony and also shared courtyard space. The flat has 2 bathrooms, so the bathroom pictured would be yours to use. Because the flat is a new build, it is well insulated and stays warm with little need to use the heating in winter. It is also quite soundproof and quiet!

The flat is situated near to Bow Church DLR (5 mins), Bow Road station (8 mins) and Mile End station (15 mins). We are close by to Hackney Wick and Victoria Park also!

✨About me✨:
I am a 28yr old female professional working as a mental health nurse. I live with my indoor cat Juniper who is very clean, litter trained and friendly.
I love going to the gym, going for walks, shopping and having a wander around Brick lane, Columbia road and Broadway on a weekend. I love to socialise with friends, but also like relaxing at home and having my own space.

I’m looking for someone who shares similar interests to me and who would be up for a few pints at the pub, cooking at home and generally a bit more of a friendship rather than just a housemate!

I work 9-5 Monday to Friday so will be out of the flat during these hours. In my spare time I tend to split 50/50 being at home and being out seeing friends in the evenings and weekends.

✨Additional info✨:
I have lived in this flat for the last 4 years, and the person I lived with is moving out to start a new adventure. The lease is due for renewal on 13th February, so you would be signing the renewal lease to take over from my previous flat mate. The flat is rented from L&Q and the renewal lease will be for 12 months with a 6 month break clause, you will also be required to undergo reference checks with L&Q and pay a deposit of £923.
I am not interested in anyone looking for a sublet!
I can be flexible with the move in date (before or after 13th Feb) as long as the reference checks have been approved!

The flat does not have bills included, and they cost around £150 per month each (internet, gas, electric, water and council tax).
