Rolling periodic contract (month-to-month), one month notice period, two for the landlord.

Room is 19.2m2 and comes unfurnished by default. The current furniture is mine and it features a double bed, two wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a study desk, which could be removed or it could stay, according to your needs.

The place is perfect for couples. Large open plan kitchen, private patio area. Council tax, water, wifi and electric amount to £115 per person.
