WHO: We’re looking for a flatmate to join us in our spacious flat, located just 5 minutes from Hackney Wick station and 30 seconds from the shops. The flat is in a safe, secure apartment complex with 24-hour concierge service.

THE ROOM: A massive private double en-suite, with a bed and desk.

EXTRAS: The flat also comes with a coffee machine for your morning brews, a 75” TV for your movie nights in and a dishwasher.

WHO WE ARE: We’re a couple in our late 20s from Liverpool and New Zealand! Super friendly and warm, we work in finance and tech and work from home most of the time, so need someone who is comfortable with that. We are looking for someone who values their own space but also doesn’t mind being a part of the flat vibes.

PRICE: £1,200 per month, all-inclusive. No deposit required, but proof of income and references are needed.

AVAILABILITY: The room is available from the 18th May but we’re not 100% certain yet, we’ll know w. c 11th May. We’re looking for around 5 months due to us moving out near the end of the year.
