Friendly flat looking for a new addition! 🩵

We’re looking for a third flatmate/friend to join our home! We’re a social but chilled all-female household who love movie nights, kitchen karaoke, and the occasional pub quiz. We’d love to keep the house meat-free if possible but this is not a requirement.

We both work in social media and have lived in London for 4-6 years. We WFH 3 days a week and enjoy hanging out in the evenings and weekends, but equally enjoy quiet time to ourselves.

While we both have our own social lives and there’s no pressure to be besties, we’ve invested in making the flat a real home and value someone who’ll treat it the same way rather than a transient house share vibe.

• Spacious open-plan living area with deck (great in summer!)
• Available double room with balcony access shares a large bathroom with one other flatmate
• Unfurnished (clothing rail included, wardrobe outside room)

• 10-minute walk to Mile End station
• Buses right outside the door
• 5 minutes to Victoria Park

Cost
• £815 per month
• Bills approx. £120 pp per month
• References and proof of finances (or guarantor) required
