About the flat:
Large spacious flat for two people, it was built 12 yrs back and extra spaced to appeal to artists and people needing studios. So the bedrooms are so big you can have a sofa / desk or treadmill. Whatever you fancy. There’s two bathrooms, one on each floor. A balcony overlooking the canal.

Hi I’m Nicola! I work full-time I’m a creative professional, been living around Hackney Wick for 13yrs and am an ex-warehouse dweller. I’ve lived in all sorts of house shares, so am easy going and tolerance levels are high. Though at an age I’d just love someone with a similar schedule and who gives the same amount of love and attention to the place. I like a dinner party once in a blue moon and would be up for more if that’s your thing too.
In a two person flat share it’s important to get along, so I’d be keen to meet and see if there’s a rapport and can live together comfortably. Any questions just ask :)
