Double bedroom in East - 1st june move in!!

Room Available in Lovely 2-Bed Flat – Move in from 1st June (or earlier)

Hey! My current flatmate is moving out at the end of May, so I’m looking for someone to take over his room from 1st June. If he moves out a bit earlier, you’d be welcome to move in sooner too!

Location:
The flat’s in an amazing spot – just a 7-minute walk to Bow Road (District & Hammersmith & City lines), Bow Church (DLR), and around 15 minutes to Mile End (Central line). Victoria Park is a 10-minute walk away and absolutely gorgeous in the summer!

The Flat:
A beautiful first-floor 2-bed flat that’s fully furnished with everything you’d need. If it’s not the landlord’s, it’s mine – including a huge wall-mounted TV, fully stocked kitchen (with two air fryers!), washing machine and a separate dryer. There are two bathrooms – I have the en-suite, so the main bathroom would be all yours. We’ve also got a small balcony that gets lovely afternoon sun – perfect for a cuppa or glass of wine.

About You:
I’m just looking for someone easy-going and respectful who’s nice to live with! I enjoy my own space but also love to hang out – dinner, a chill evening, or the occasional outing if you’re up for it. I do shift work, so you’ll often have evenings to yourself too, which can be a nice balance.

There’s an allocated parking space in the development too!

About Me:
I’m 25, a working professional currently on a mini career break and doing some pub work while I figure out my next steps (which means local pub discounts). I’ve spent the last 8 years in the corporate world and will be getting back into that soon.
