You’d be sharing with Andrea, who is warm, kind, considerate, and an all-around wonderful human. He is a great balance of being warm, social and friendly, clean and considerate, as well as not spending too much time in the apartment, so you will have a lot of space in the apartment for yourself.

I am looking for someone who will treat this gorgeous apartment with respect and care, and I think it would be ideal for a soulful, creative, and grounded individual looking for a lovely place to live for a couple of months.
