Room available in a beautiful three-bed, super modern flat with a balcony and shared rooftop overlooking the Hackney Wick canal.

We’re Bea and Tara, two uni football friends with a vibrant queer lifestyle, looking for a third flatmate to join our household! Tara is buying the flat and gets the keys on 26th August, so the space won’t look exactly like the photos yet — she’ll be furnishing it, but we’re hoping it’ll look just as nice (if not better).

About us: we both work reasonably hard but love having fun. Think natty wine on the canal, queer electronic nights out, football and pilates.

The room:
Bright 8m² (2m x 4m) - narrow but long
Big window, loads of natural light

Currently unfurnished, but we’re happy to furnish it if you’d like!

The flat also has secure bike storage and two bathrooms.

We’re looking for someone clean, fun and up for hanging out.
