Double room available in pretty 2 bed apartment in Poplar/Bow. The flat is lovely and quiet whilst being in zone 2! 2 mins walk to DLR station to Canary Wharf (10-12 mins journey) and Stratford (10 mins journey).
Room is available from 13th June. Current contract finishes beginning of October, my lovely flat mate needs to move out early as they are starting a family 💕 However, happy to discuss extending the rental period for the right person.
Looking for a tidy flat mate in a full time professional job to enjoy the flat with, I'm around for chats and chill or socialising, but also quite happy doing my own thing - hoping for someone similar. I'm a dog lover so I look after a small to medium sized doggo once or twice a week so you'll need to be okay with a friendly dog around from time to time.

Drawers, wardrobe and chair included as per photos. Bed not included.
Bills monthly (approx based on usage):
- Water £20 per person
- Electricity £30 per person
- Heating and hot water £20 per person depending on time of year
- Council tax £76.50 per person
