Double room in beautiful 2 bed apt Poplar/Bow

Double room available in pretty 2 bed apartment in Poplar/Bow. Bed not included but drawers and wardrobe and chair included as per photos. Looking for a tidy flat mate in a full time professional job to enjoy the flat with, I'm around for chats and chill or socialising, but also quite happy doing my own thing - hoping for someone similar. I'm a dog lover so I look after a small to medium sized doggo once or twice a week so you'll need to be okay with a friendly dog around from time to time. The flat is lovely and quiet whilst being in zone 2! 2 mins walk to DLR station to Canary Wharf (10-12 mins journey) and Stratford (10 mins journey).

Bills monthly (approx based on usage):
- Water £20 per person
- Electricity £30 per person
- Heating and hot water £20-40 per person depending on time of year
- Council tax £75 per person

Looking for someone to move in 13th June. Current contract renews end of September my lovely flat mate needs to move out early as they are starting a family 💕 I love the flat and area and don't see myself moving out for another year or two.
