Two double rooms in Hackney Wick,

We are looking for a woman to take over the medium double our flat as our other flatmate will be moving out. You’ll be living with Arianna (22) and Candy (27), two Nigerian women/enbies, but they don’t discriminate! The flat is located in Fish Island, Hackney Wick. Less than 10 minutes from the overground, 15 minutes from Stratford Westfield and Stratford station, and bus stops less than 5 minutes from the flat (which take you to Stratford, Hackney Central, London Bridge, etc.).

The rent is £800 without bills, with bills is around £150-£200 depending on the time of the year. Deposit is £923. Move in date would be the 29th of September but also happy for move in date to be within the same week.

Room 1: Large double with bay windows, and a Juliett balcony. Photos are #1 & #2. The room came unfurnished but I’m selling on most of my furniture for around £125 (price tbc). The photos are a little outdated as I’ve changed the layout probably 10 times since then, but it’s a good indicator!

Room 2 (now taken): You’d have a separate closet which our soon-to-be former flatmate has been using as a walk-in wardrobe. The room is pictured with furniture, but it will be unfurnished apart from the bedside table, small chest of drawers and the mirror, so I can share a video of the flat when we first moved in for you to have an idea of the space.

Candy and Arianna are looking for someone who is clean, kind, considerate, respectful of others’ interests and lifestyles, and queer-friendly. They would also like someone who is open to being friends as well as flatmates as they’re preferably looking to build a community within the flat. It would just be nice if you had common interests but this isn’t mandatory - there’s a cleaning rota in the flat, which we hope you’d be open to. This is also a pro-Palestine household ✨

Accessibility: The flat is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, which is accessible via lifts. We also have an intercom system.
