Double room availiable in Warehouse in Fish Island

Double room available in a vibrant Warehouse in Fish Island, Hackney Wick. Be a part of a wonderful community and enjoy the benefits of a beautiful area and wonderful housemates.

You will be sharing this space with 5 others who are working in creative fields, as well as charities and others. Our ages range from 23 to 50s, and we work in fields such as photography, film, fashion etc.

We have a large living area and an open kitchen, with lots of space to work on projects or on your laptop. Some tenants work from home, some work away; we welcome all.

One of our housemates is a collector of vinyl and will often play music. During the weekdays, we have a cut-off around 10/11 pm, and during the weekends, you are free to go as you please.

We have non-smokers and smokers living here; we are mindful of the non-smokers by trying to smoke outside.

We don’t have any pets, but we are always open to ideas…

We are all very chilled, lovely, outgoing and chatty, and like to share our work and ideas.

Ideally, we would like you to move in within the 2-3 weeks, but we can discuss dates.
