Description
Hi, I'm looking for someone to stay in my room while I am away for 1 month. If you like the place, the room is also empty for long term lease after 24th of November. It's a really quiet place very close to my favorite park (natural reservation / Tower Hamlet cemetery park) with lots of birds sounds and big trees!
very close to Tesco (5 mins walk), Saisnbury and Mile End station (7 mins walk), lovely park and nature (1 min walk), playground and basketball park (3 mins walk), Mile End Park (10 mins walk), Bow Road Station (7 mins walk) etc. I'd say I like this area because it's easy to go everywhere else / well connected in my opinion.
Everyone is really kind and respectful towards each other. This house is not for house parties btw! This is an international household with one couple in one room (total would be 7 including you). All are working professionals.
bill is 100 GBP, so total for 24th of October - 24th of November is 700 GBP. Down payment of 50 GBP just so that I can have a peace of mind, the rest of 650 GBP on the day of your moving in / before.
the room is different than the photo I posted (it's smaller but still really a good deal for the price I pay!), will update the post soon after I took proper photo of mine.
Furnitures are complete and ready to live in, there are 2 toilets and sink, 1 bathroom, 1 dining room, kitchen with 2 fridges. Neighborhood is really safe! No traffic sounds or even renovation sounds.
