Double room, en-suite, lovely flat

With my housemate moving out at the end of November, I'm looking for someone to join me in a fantastic flat in Hackney Wick!

The apartment is incredible (photos don't do it justice), situated on the top floor of a superb modern building overlooking the canal and with amazing views across the Olympic Park from the sunny balcony. It has very high ceilings and lots of light that's perfect in the summer. Your room is a fully furnished double with its own en suite bathroom (with bath).

A 7-minute walk from Hackney Wick station (on the Overground) with all the cool bars and cafes the area has to offer. Victoria Park is just a 15-minute walk away, as is Stratford (easy access to central London, Central and Jubilee lines).

I'm a professional working in finance looking for someone friendly who is up for socialising inside and out of the flat. Someone clean, tidy, and respectful is a must, with weeknights kept pretty peaceful with chill, relaxed weekends.

I've been living here for five years, and really love the place and area and so I'm hoping to find someone great to share it with.
