Double room available from the 12th Jan 2026 in a 4 bedroom house share located a stones throw from Victoria park.

About The house:
Located on a private mews accessible via a gated driveway the house Is built over 3 stories and has a large shared living room and separate kitchen. The room is situated on the top floor with 2 other other bedrooms and a bathroom that is used by the 3 housemates on this floor.

1st floor
Entrance, kitchen WC and storage. The kitchen opens up to a terrace that overlooks the canal and is a great spot for summer BBQ's!

2nd floor
Large living room with access to a balcony overlooking the canal, and an additional WC. There is also a bedroom with ensuite on this floor that is occupied.

3rd floor
Your sleeping quarters! 3 bedrooms and a master bathroom.

About us!
We are 3 working professionals in their 30's. Tom and Flo both work within the travel industry and Isabel works in medical research.

2 of us have flexible office arrangements so do occasionally work from home either in the living room or kitchen, so there will likely be at least 1 of us working in the house between Monday - Friday. Therefore ideally it would be good to have someone who doesn’t require WFH.

We like to hang out, go to the pub, occasionally make dinner together and all get on really well but are not living out of each others pockets. We are not a party house, but we do like to have friends over for BBQ's and drinks on occasion. Sometimes this can lead to late nights (every now and then!) But we are always respectful of each other and generally lead a quiet existence within the house, whether we are chilling watching TV together over some wine/beers or having some downtime in our rooms.

Who we are looking for:
Ideally we would like to live with someone that is on a similar time schedule as us in regards to work. We all work 9-5 and while we are happy to live with someone that works weekends, we do not want someone that works night shifts, has early starts or late finishes.

We also would like someone that will join us for a beer, go for dinner and various other London activities. As I said we all lead separate lives, but they do overlap somewhat.

Room: £657.57
Bills: £131 (council tax, energy, internet, cleaner) - water bill is calculated on a 6 month basis so not included in above price.
